CRUZ DEL SUR FACILITIES

• Social Lounge and Library are located in Block B. The Social Lounge/Library can be used exclusively by owners and residents. It will be open every day between 10.00 - 17.00. For bookings outside these hours please contact Elisa.
  
• Children may not be left unsupervised in the lounge.
• A coffee machine is also located in the lounge.
  
• Wi-Fi is available in the following locations:
  

In the Lounge Name: OW-O1X Pswd: soffi2000 ; and

in the Garden Name: CDS2445A Pswd: cruz1122

• Cable television, with channels in various languages, is provided by ‘ Optimiza Group’. For repairs call +34 952 004 065
• The cold drinks machine, located in the garden close to the entrance of Block B; and the Washing machine and Tumble dryer, also in Block B are available for all residents.
  
• Charge points for electric chairs / scooters are provided in the car park of Block B.
  
• A Defibrillator with instructions can be found on the wall near the stairs on the ground floor of Block B
  
• A cork NOTICEBOARD can be found in the corridor leading to the Social Lounge. This is for owners and residents to communicate and exchange notifications between themselves. Notices will be removed after 4 weeks to enable all residents to use the board.

INSTALACIONES EN CRUZ DEL SUR

• El Salon Social y la Biblioteca están en el Bloque B
• El salon social y la biblioteca es para el uso exclusivo de los propietarios y residentes. Estará abierto cada día de 10.00 - 17:00. Para reservarlo fuera de estos horarios pueden contactar con Elisa.
• Los niños no pueden estar en el salon sin supervision de un adulto
  
• También hay una maquina de café en el Salon Social

• Televisión por cable con canales en varios idiomas se proporciona por "Optimiza Group”

• La maquina de bebidas frías que esta en el jardín cerca de la entrada al Bloque B y la Lavadora y Secadora, también en el Bloque B, están a la disposición de todos los residentes.
  
• Puntos de carga para sillas eléctricas / scooter están a disposición en el parking del Bloque B
  
• Un desfibrilador con instrucciones se encuentra en la pared cerca de las escaleras en la planta baja del Bloque B
  
• Un tablero de anuncios de corcho se encuentra en el pasillo junto la entrada al salón social. Es para la comunicación entre propietarios y residentes. Las publicaciones se quitan después de 4 semanas para que todo el mundo pueda usar el tablero.
